We all know that the quality of each product would be influenced by some elements during producing. 1. The Viscosity
The word “Viscosity” means the resistance of a fluid to flow. When you are manufacturing a silicone wristband, it means the resistance between the silicone molecules when the wristband is pulled. Normally, the viscosity of a wristband has the positive correlation relation with its hardness.
2. The Hardness
The word “Hardness” means the material’s ability of standing up to outside forces without changing. Normally, the silicone should have the hardness level from A10 to A80. Therefore, the designer could choose the hardness of the wristband on the basis of the activity.
3. The Tensile Strength
It points to the tensile force of tearing a piece of silicone material. Normally, the tensile strength of the silicone wristband is between 4.0MPa to 12.5MPa.
4. The Tearing Strength
It always means the resistance of the silicone material stops the incision extending when it was force again. The tearing strength of silicone wristband always between 9 KN/m to 55 KN/m. 
5. The Elongation
It usually means the percentage of length of the stretching part and the length before it was pulled. To the product of wristband, its elongation is usually between 90% to 1120%. But the elongation of it could be changed by different temperature.
6. The Vulcanizing Time
Another name of the vulcanizing time is “Curing Time”. Both of them are talking about the time of the vulcanization reaction of the silicone material. Normally, after the vulcanization reaction, the silicone products could be used reality. But actually, we are not suggesting using the silicone products as soon as finishing the vulcanization reaction. Because the products are having some little curing reactions we can not see. Therefore, the silicone mold should not be used soon.
